Information you give us

The quote request form asks for information about you and your building. That can include your name, business name, phone number or email address, facility type, and any details you choose to provide about the cleaning you need. You decide what to include in the form. You do not need to submit the form to browse the rest of this website.

If you contact us by phone or email instead, we keep a record of the contact details and inquiry you provide. We use that record for the same purpose: to understand the request, prepare a scope of work when appropriate, and follow up about it.

How we use it

We use the information you send to respond to your inquiry, arrange a facility walkthrough, prepare a written scope and quote, and communicate with you about the requested service. If you become a client, we use relevant contact details to schedule work, address questions about access or specifications, and handle billing.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not use it to build advertising profiles, and asking for a quote does not place you on a marketing list.

Our quote form is operated by a third party

The quote request form on this site is provided by RingRobin, an external form service. When you submit the form, the information you enter is transmitted to and processed by RingRobin on our behalf so that it reaches us. RingRobin’s handling of that submission is governed by its own privacy practices as well as this policy.

The quote form is the only third-party service embedded in these pages. If you prefer that your details not pass through an external form service, call us directly instead of using the form.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not use analytics software that profiles visitors across the internet. We do not operate advertising pixels on these pages.

Our web host keeps ordinary server records of requests made to the site. Those records are standard for a website and are used to operate and secure it. The embedded quote form may set cookies that are necessary for the form to function.

Who we share information with

We share information only when it is necessary to provide the service or operate the business. That can include the form provider that delivers your inquiry, service providers that handle scheduling or accounting on our behalf, and parties when disclosure is legally required.

People and providers who receive information for those purposes are expected to use it only for those purposes. We do not authorize them to use it for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information while it is useful to the relationship: while we are preparing a quote, throughout any service agreement, and afterward for the period needed for tax, accounting, and record-keeping purposes.

If you requested a quote but did not proceed and do not want us to keep your details on file, tell us and we will remove them.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you send and limit internal access to people who need it for their work. No method of internet transmission is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Do not send sensitive information, including payment card details, financial account numbers, or health information, through the website form or by email. If information of that kind is genuinely needed, we will arrange a secure way to handle it.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct information that is wrong, or ask us to delete your inquiry details. You can also ask us to stop contacting you, and we will do so.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the effective date shown at the top. Material changes will be reflected here rather than announced individually, so review this page when the question matters to you.
